REFUND & EXCHANGE

Because of strict food safety regulations, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on products sold, apart from in the unlikely event of a defect.

All our items are checked for quality before sale or shipment and we want you to be delighted with your purchase. We will replace any product that does not meet our quality standards. If you receive an item you believe to be defective, damaged or the wrong item, please contact BLOSSOM HONEY on sales@blossomhoney.co within 24 hours of delivery, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Kindly list the following in your email:

  • Describe the problem / issue / defect (please attach photograph)
  • Mention the date the item was received
The BLOSSOM HONEY team will respond within 24 hours to advise if you are eligible for an exchange or refund and will process the order accordingly.
