YUMMY FRUIT SMOOTHIE FOR KIDS
This is an ideal smoothie for kids - healthy and delicious.
- 1 cup organic Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 cup organic, unsweetened fruit juice (match this with your frozen fruit)
- 1-1 1/2 cups frozen seasonal, local organic fruit (match this with your juice)
- 1-2 tsp of Raw Honey (experiment with flavors)
- Freshly grated nutmeg, cinnamon, cardamon, cardamom, or ginger powder to taste
- Optional: mint, basil, or other favorite organic herbs as a garnish
- Mix yogurt, honey, and juice in your blender until smooth.
- Add frozen fruit a few pieces at a time.
- Blend until the smoothie is the consistency of a milk shake.
- Garnish with fresh spices and/or herbs.
