RAW HONEY AND POMEGRANATE RELISH
This is a super healthy side dish, perfect for any meal. It's quick and easy to prepare, and works well with any flavour of raw honey - whatever your favourite is!
- 2 cups pomegranate seeds
- 1/3 cup raw Blossom Honey, plus more to drizzle
- 1 cup coarsely chopped flat-leaf parsley or mint
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil or avocado oil
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
What you do:
Combine all ingredients, season with salt and pepper. This relish can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to two days. Bring to room temperature and drizzle with extra honey before serving.
