This is an easy recipe, so healthy and perfect for breakfast too.
Make it a day a head and serve the next morning.You can substitute the strawberries with your favorite fruit.

Ingredients :

(360g) 3 cups plain granola (buy it without dried fruit or pay your kid to pick the pieces out)
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
(110g) 1/2 cup of coconut butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon of sea salt

(500g) 2 cups of labneh
(60ml) 1/4 cup of honey
2 teaspoon vanilla extract ( good quality)

(170g) 1 cup strawberries (sliced)
Honey for the topping.

Method :

Preheat the oven to 180c.

In the food processor pulse granola, cinnamon & sea salt until fine crumbs form, then drizzle the coconut butter.

Press the mixture evenly onto the bottom and all the way up the sides. Refrigerate until firm, about 15 minutes. Bake until the crust is golden and fragrant, about 10 minutes. Place the tart on a rack to cool completely.

Whisk the labneh & honey, vanilla until smooth and pour the filling into the cooled crust, cover loosely, and refrigerate until set.

Scatter the strawberries over the filling drizzle with honey and serve.
